Ten minutes to Work to a Heavy* Back Squat
*This doesn't need to be a PR, or even likely. The Last cycle was maintenance for the most part, and while some of you definitely increased your absolute strength, you all increased your usable strength. These are different in tests of max. Try as you may.
Conditioning
For Time:
Run 800m
30 C&J 135/95
Run 800m
*Grace meets Forrest. Yes this is a mile, and no you won't have a posterior chain after 30 CJ. So work smart. Push the run but don't blow it out, and move methodically not frantically through the Cleans. This isn't grace so don't expect the same sets or pace there. This workout is all about how hard you want to push on the last run. Whats it gonna be?
