2) 2nd weakness

3) 5 Burpees

*I get that you all realize you need help with burpee box jumps, and DB snatches. But lets do ourselves a favor and pick something else? Chose a skill set thats getting close, or perhaps you have and it needs refining. However be wary that I have no idea what tomorrows workout is going to be and it can be a multitude of classic CrossFit movements. So lets keep the volume low, and the skill high.
