*Theres a multitude of factors that will dictate your performance in such a basic test, but the one that matters most is the one between your ears. Were talking about 90 to 120 seconds of work here. The question is really only can you hold on? You get one attempt. 

Conditioning 

For time:

95/65 pound Overhead squat, 40 reps

15 L Pull-ups

95 pound Split-jerk, 40 reps

15 Knees to elbows

95 pound Hang clean, 40 reps

15 Good Mornings 95 pounds
