*Note the UB, as in Unbroken. This means make the effort. Understandably, you may struggle with them. If so, take no more than 3 attempts per round. If you're not successful at your third attempt, finish the remainder of 30 reps, and move to Power Snatches. This workout will reward your proficiency with extra rest. Those of you who do not struggle with 30, your intention should be to maintain pace each round.
