Heaving Snatch Balance: 1-1-1-1-1-1

*Slightly different than what you may know for a snatch balance. This is more closely aligned with a push press. Because the feet stay set, the point or intention is to develop speed under the bar by focusing on the bar for assistance by pressing down. This is still quick, its just not as fast as a snatch balance as the feet won't move, which will also limit the weight.
