*This will be a lot more regular in this cycle. If three is easy, just simply slow them down. Often forgotten, time under tension is also consider volume or reps in gymnastics. 

Conditioning 

20 Min AMRAP 

5 Cal Row 

15 Air Squat 

20 Double Unders 

*Transition, transition. Nothing at all should require you to break in this workout. Except for a missed rep in DU. All rest, if needed, should be in transitions. Transitions should also be smooth and efficient. The goal here is one pace; front to back.
