*Alright nothing hurts like a good 2k effort. In fact I think its the worst workout Ive ever done. If you hit it correctly. Do not consider the remaining work while hitting this 2k. Think full TT. Each additional effort should be as physically exhausting as the 2k as you've sequentially drained the batteries.
