*A dropped wall ball is a no rep. For example finish 20, let it hit the floor, repeat the rep. This is for a few reasons. The first of which is how easy it is to just let it go, step away, and pondering your existence. When you likely, actually definitely could have stayed on the ball for at least one or two more reps. Now that youre going to have to catch it anyway, you're much more likely to finish it out. This also makes you rest strategically a bit more. Lastly, it preserves the ever failing wall balls. They are virtually indestructible, till you factor thousands of 20' drops. Its best we curb this habit before we reorder the replacements.
