If you also think that 3 max lifts aren't enough conditioning for one day, we have a lot of explaining to do. The truth is, heavy days in and of themselves are more than enough. In fact, in balance with well designed metcons, mono-structural aerobic efforts, and variance will elicit far better results than even the most intense metcons with no variability.
