Skill/Strength 

Ring Support :05 w/:08 Descent: 10x1 

*The intention is time under tension. In Gymnastics this equals or even rivals repetition. Not only does it develop a position it also accumulates strength development. Only if you're in an ideal position that is. 

Conditioning 

 EoMOM: till failure

1) Death By Deadlift. Ascending weight and reps

2) 10 Burpees over bar

*Choose starting weight, increase by 10#. Workout is over when DL work cannot be completed. Were just trying to see how far you can go under fatigue and the absence of oxygen. Choose a formidable starting weight, or be punished with more burpees. Choose to aggressively and lose on the whiteboard. Score is rounds and highest weight completed.
