*Alot like the theme of the last two thursdays. Except in the first two 5:00 emoms you will be dedicated to one skill. At the click of 10:00 commence mid-effort wod, at 20:00 begin the next mom. These weakness should be a skill that you fail in high volume. Wall ball, pistols, pull ups, kb swings etc.
