*This is the same thought as last weeks work. The EMOMS are shorter, but still have the same focus. The first EMOM should be skill or progression work, the second should be two movements you are ok with but fatigue out. There is no rest between the workouts. However the middle has a 10:00 time cap, finish and rest remainder. Clock starts at 10:00 there is no rest before the max wall ball.
