Conditioning

"Death By Burpees" 

With a continuously running clock: 

1 Burpee the First minute 

2 the Second

3 the Third

Continuing until the reps cannot be completed in a minute

*A basic capacity test in a very simple format. The key here is the rate that you recover. As time goes on, recovery dwindles, changing you effectively to aerobic.
